Hosts fail connectivity check when using bonded interface with the Assisted Installer for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform

This happens in the case of using nmstate to define bonded interfaces hosts fail connectivity check and remain in insufficient state.

It also happens when the provided ISO is booted up and the kernel command line is edited to apply the LACP config like this:

bond=bond0:ens1,ens2:mode=802.3ad,lacp_rate=fast,miimon=100,xmit_hash_policy=layer2+3 ip=bond0:dhcp
