In Red Hat Satellite 6 virt-who gets error as "libvirtError: Unable to setup wakeup pipe: Too many open files" and consumes high cpu usage

Issue

• In Red Hat Satellite "virt-who consumes high cpu usage" and getting error as below :

OSError: [Errno 24] Too many open files: '/tmp/suds'
