Re-running the ansible network system role results in "changed: true" when nothing has actually changed

Issue

• Re-running the ansible network system role results in changed: true when nothing has actually changed
• On each run, the task "Configure networking connection profiles" reports "changed" state ; this behavior does not really comply to ansible "rules"
• The task returns:
