[OCP4] Webhook call towards API does not trigger a build on OpenShift 4
Issue
- After configuring a webhook into a BuildConfig, the build does not start after issuing the example
curlcommand with a predefinedpayload.json - API is filtering the call to the BuildConfig's webhook and does therefore not trigger the build.
