The webhook integrated in Stripe returns 404

Issue

• When another application "MyApp" charges using the Stripe account integrated with 3scale, the webhook configured for 3scale is fired and 3scale doesn't recognise it returning a 404 error. After several attempts Stripe disables the webhook that will cause a charging failure in 3scale.
