Client registration to the Capsule server using an activation key failing with error "Unauthorized: Invalid credentials for request".

Issue

• Client registration using the activation key failing on the capsule server.
• Client registration from the Satellite is working fine using the activation key but facing the error while registering to the capsule server.
• Following errors are observed in /var/log/rhsm/rhsm.conf file:

rhsm.connection.UnauthorizedException: Server error attempting a PUT to /rhsm/consumers/7a246f2a-8e4d-40c2-b8b9-16f9f1cde630 returned status 401
Unauthorized: Invalid credentials for request.
