Unable to upgrade host due to size issue.
Issue
- Unable to upgrade RHVH host with following error:
installing package redhat-virtualization-host-image-update-4.3.13-20210127.0.el7_9.noarch needs 283MB on the / filesystem
- Another error was:
Exception! Cannot create new thin volume, free space in thin pool rhvh/pool00 reached threshold
