Registry mirroring feature not working on Quay 3.4.0
Issue
- the mirroring feature is not working anymore on Quay v3.4.0 on OCP v4.6.15.
- the mirroring instance pod reports the error
FATAL: password authentication failed for user "instance-quay-database"
