RHEL 8: rpc.statd reports "Running as root. chown /var/lib/nfs/statd to choose different user

Issue

• The following error was output when system boots.

Jan 18 19:09:33 localhost rpc.statd[535]: Running as root.  chown /var/lib/nfs/statd to choose different user

• But the directory has correct permission.

$ ls -ld /var/lib/nfs/statd
   drwx------. 4 rpcuser rpcuser 43  1月 18 16:59 /var/lib/nfs/statd

$ ll /var/lib/nfs/statd
   total 4
   drwx------. 2 rpcuser rpcuser 6  9月 21  2019 sm
   drwx------. 2 rpcuser rpcuser 6  9月 21  2019 sm.bak
   -rw-r--r--  1 root    root    4  1月 18 16:59 state
