OpenShift ingress routers customizations are lost after the certificates redeployment in OCP 3

Issue

  • After executing the redeploy-certificates.yml playbook all the router deployment customizations (eg. env variables such ROUTER_THREADS) are lost.

  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) 3.11
