Fencing agent fence_apc fails on 5.X versions of the firmware
Issue
The fencing script fence_apc fails to login into the APC fence devices APC8953, APC8941, APC8965 and the error is returned:
# fence_apc --ip pdu1.example.com --username apc --password apc --plug 1 --action status
Unable to connect/login to fencing device
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5 (with the High Availability Add on)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6 (with the High Availability Add on)
