Loading devfiles from private Git repositories in CodeReady Workspaces

Issue

• The dev file used to run CodeReady workspaces must be loaded from a secured private Git/GitLab using the exposed git API's.
• Loading the devfile from an open repository is a security concern without having any type of authentication involved.
