OpenShift Nodes not getting correct name when deploying Machine on VMware

Issue

• When creating a new Machine the node will not get the correct hostname like --worker-
• Creating a new machine leads to the wrong name 'dhcp-#-#-#-#' instead of the name of the virtual machine in vCenter.
• Common Names show as 'dhcp-#-#-#-#' instead of the correct hostname when approving CSRs.
