ERROR "Attribute 'name' is not allowed to appear in element 'bpmn2:textAnnotation'" appears in server.log when using Text Annotation

Issue

In Business Process Designer, if there is text annotation, the following error appears in server.log frequently, such as when saving, validating and building.

Node Info: id:_AAE5CEFC-FB8F-4C61-8D8C-0C7B3AFD3472 name:Text Annotation 
Parser message: (null: 31, 93): cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'name' is not allowed to appear in element 'bpmn2:textAnnotation'.

But validation and build will succeed and the process works without any problem.
Are there any problems with the use of text annotations?
