When will LDAP channel binding be available in OpenJDK?

• Microsoft advises using LDAP channel binding:

  • https://msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide/en-us/vulnerability/ADV190023

• If Windows Domain Controller setting "Domain controller: LDAP server channel binding token requirements " is set to "Always", Event 3039 is generated and application authentication fails:

The following client performed an LDAP bind over SSL/TLS and failed the LDAP channel binding token validation.
