API functions are missing for some tasks which can be done through satellite webui.

Issue

• API functions are not available for following tasks which can be doen via satellite webui:
• Systems -> Kickstart -> Profiles -> <insert profile here> -> Kickstart Details -> Details
          'Virtualization Type'             get the value
  'Active'                                     change the value (I want to activate the profile when the import is complete)
  'Log custom post scripts'     get the value (not really a problem, just for completeness)
  'Log custom pre scripts'     get the value (not really a problem, just for completeness)
  'Preserve ks.cfg'                     get and set the value
  'Kernel Options'                 get and set the value
  'Post Kernel Options'             get and set the value
• Systems -> Kickstart -> Profiles -> <insert profile here> -> Kickstart Details -> Operating System      
           'Repositories'                     remove and set the values.
• Systems -> Kickstart -> Profiles -> <insert profile here> -> System Details -> Details     RHN Satellite
            Profile                                   get and set the value
• Systems -> Kickstart -> Profiles -> <insert profile here> -> System Details -> Troubleshooting     
           "$Every option"                 get and set values
