RHV fails to raise the compatibility level of the cluster when using a Intel Skylake CPU type
Issue
When raising the compatibility level of a cluster to 4.4 or 4.5 and the cluster is using any of the Intel Skylake family types, the action fails.
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) 4.4
- Red Hat Virtualization Manager (RHV-M) 4.4.3
- ovirt-engine-4.4.3.12-0.1.el8ev.noarch
- Cluster compatibility level: 4.3
- Cluster CPU type: Intel Skylake Server IBRS SSBD MDS Family.
