RHV 4.4 hosted engine deployment fails at task 'Wait for the host to be up' but works on second attempt

Issue

  • When deploying a hosted engine using an answer file, the first attempt fails and displays error.

    FAILED: Host is not up, please check logs, perhaps also on the engine machine

  • However, if the deploy is run again without changing or cleaning up anything, it succeeds.
