How to use a ManagementRealm user to login in RHPAM?

Issue

I have added a management user via add-user.sh to the mgmt-users.properties. I restarted the JBOSS EAP server after adding but still I am not able to login using the newly created account. I expect to be able to login using the newly created management account.

Environment

  • Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) 7.x
  • Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM) 7.x
