Satellite 6 user cannot list facts despite having view_facts permission
Issue
A Satellite 6 user with a custom role containing the view_facts permission receives no data (but also no errors) when they run this hammer command:
# hammer -u view_facts_user -p '*******' fact list
The output loos like this:
