Namespace-specific log forwarding using ClusterLogForwarder does not work as expected

Issue

• After configuring ClusterLogForwarder as per official documentation to forward multiple namespace-specific logs to different external elasticsearch instances, logs from those specific namespaces get copied to all the external elasticsearch instance.
• The expected log flow after configuring ClusterLogForwarder as mentioned in diagnostic steps:

Project A logs --> external-elasticsearch-1   
Project B logs --> external-elasticsearch-2

• Actual log flow results as mentioned below:

Project A and Project B logs --> external-elasticsearch-1
Project A and Project B logs --> external-elasticsearch-2
