Issue

  • Configured HelmChartProxy does not appear in Developer Console in a disconnected environment with cluster-wide Proxy configured.

  • The console pod logs show:

    2021-01-13T15:08:28Z helm/chartproxy: Error retrieving index file for &{<helm_repo_name> https://<helm-chart-repo-hostname>/<helm-chart>  xc0005fcc00}: Get "https://<helm-chart-repo-hostname>/<helm-chart>/index.yaml": dial tcp <helm-chart-repo-ip>:443: connect: connection timed out
