Operator hub getting crash with error "Cannot read property 'currentCSVDesc' of undefined" .

Issue

• Operator hub UI getting failed with error "Cannot read property "currentCSVDesc" of undefined"
• While opening the operator hub for installing the operator, it's getting crashed with traceback error.
