Optimize reboot sequence during minor upgrade of RHOSP 13
Issue
- Trying to upgrade from RHOSP 13z8 to RHOSP 13z14 as described in chapter 5 of the documentation needs too much time.
Environment
- Red Hat Openstack Platform (RHOSP) 13z8.
- Networker nodes serving the Data Plane Development Kit (DPDK) Compute nodes are present.
