AMQ 7.8 : unable to add/modify users when broker is not running
Issue
- Creating a user without starting the amq broker was possible with amq 7.7 Since amq 7.8, the amq broker must be running.
- During the broker installation, we don't want to start (and make accessible) the server before the users are properly configured.
- Is there a tool to administrate users without starting the server?
