Fencing fails to start and fence_tool shows multiple entries for the same node
Issue
- A node reboots and joins the cluster but hangs on fencing. cman_tool services (or group_tool) shows multiple entries for the same node.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (with Cluster or Cluster Storage Add ons)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Advanced Platform
