A gcp-vpc-move-route or gcp-vpc-move-vip Pacemaker cluster resource fails if the VM is in a service project
Issue
- If a GCE instance is in a Shared VPC service project, then an
ocf:heartbeat:gcp-vpc-move-routeorocf:heartbeat:gcp-vpc-move-vipresource may fail there.
