firewalld fails to load hash:ip ipset with entry containing network prefix

Issue

After restart, firewalld with nftables as its backend is unable to load ipset with entries which use prefix in their addresses.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
  • firewalld-0.8.2-2.el8
  • ipset of type hash:ip with subnet mask
