Unable to connect to Oracle UCP using a password managed by the credential store in JBoss EAP
Issue
- XA connectivity to non-UCP databases is possible using the JBoss EAP credential store
- XA connectivity to for a UCP datasource fails with
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 7.3
- Oracle UCP (XA datasource)
