The `file` command detects .docx files as a zip archive.

Issue

• The file command erroneously reports a Microsoft Office Open XML (OOXML -- whose file name extension is often .docx) file as:
  • "Zip archive data, at least v2.0 to extract", instead of
  • "Microsoft OOXML".
