overcloud commands are failing with Unknown Error HTTP 503

  • While running the overcloud command it is responding with "Unknown error"

    (overcloud) [stack@dir ~]$ openstack server list
Unknown Error (HTTP 503)
(overcloud) [stack@dir ~]$ openstack hypervisor list
Unknown Error (HTTP 503)
