Configuring storage class and resource request in odo-devfile

Issue

• Odo can only create pvc with the default storage class, which might not be suitable for various reasons, e.g. the default storage class does not fit the needs or is not available.

• Further it's not possible to change resource request and limits but the defaults are taken, if they exist.
