Network between project disconnected unexpectedly

Issue

• We are using command oc adm pod-network join-projects --to=project_1 project_2 to join network between project with the help of multitenant network plugin.
• All of a sudden netid of "project_2" got changed, and there was a drop in the success rate of the application traffic.
• Why the netid is getting changed like this?
