Why is the USB keyboard not working in the %pre section of kickstart?
Issue
We use the %pre section of the kickstart for user input and on newer models of PC the USB keyboard is not working.
We have checked that "legacy USB Support" is enabled in the BIOS but still no joy with the USB keyboard.
The PC does not have a PS2 port for us to use.
Is there a way to enable the USB - either with PXE or isolinux.cfg??

Fujitsu Q900 desktop system
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.6
