Error using opm when using Operator Lifecycle Manager on disconnected clusters

Issue

  • Not able to use OPM in disconnected OLM.
  • command opm index prune not working.
$ opm index prune   \
  -f registry.redhat.io/redhat/redhat-operator-index:v4.6   \
  -p cluster-logging,elasticsearch-operator,jaeger-product,kiali-ossm,openshift-pipelines-operator-rh,servicemeshoperator  \
 -t redhat.example.io/redhat/redhat-operator-index:v4.6

Error: open index_tmp_181647656/database/index.db: no such file or directory
