Image builds are running extremely slow since updating to OpenShift 4.3
Issue
Since upgrading the cluster to OpenShift 4.3.16 a number of image builds have been running order-of-magnitudes slower.
Prior to the upgrade, Builds were completing in under a couple of minutes and now it can take over an hour for a single image build.
Environment
- OpenShift 4.3.16
- OpenShift Builds which are using ADD or COPY commands
