Why does EFI system fails to mount /boot/efi during boot ?
Issue
- Why does
/boot/efifails to mount during boot dropping the system to maintenance mode. - Why does new kernel is not reflected on the Grub menu during boot?
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.
- UEFI system.
