Red Hat Satellite filters not updated after upgrading Satellite from version 6.5 to 6.7

Issue

• Red Hat Satellite 6.5 support granular filter for resources container and docker-registry which is not present in satellite 6.7.

• If any custom role has permission associated with mentioned resource, the Red Hat Satellite upgrade script will carry-forward the role(s) to 6.7 and will cause associated role update failed.
