DLQ handling doesn't work with <jms-jca-provider> in JBoss ESB

Issue

Even after configuring the JMS Queue used in ESB with DLQ attribute, still the undeliverable messages are always sent to default DLQ. How to fix this issue?
Why does ESB deliver duplicate messages in DLQ ?
