Why does rolling-update.yml fail while upgrading to RHCS 4 when grafana-server is run on a newly added node?

Issue

• While upgrading to RHCS 4, playbook fails at task 'ceph-container-common : container registry authentication'.
• The playbook fails while running rolling-update.yml to upgrade the cluster to RHCS 4 with the newly added grafana-server node.
• The play is failing on newly added grafana-server node with the below error:
