Missing BPM capability for server instance

Issue

• Missing BPM capability for server instance
• We are unable to see process definitions, process instances, tasks in business-central.

• Attempt to view Process Definitions fails with the message:

  "Missing Server Capability. Target server is missing Process capability. " 
  

• The server.log file contains the following message:

  2020-12-01 15:41:54,900 INFO  [org.jbpm.workbench.ks.integration.KieServerDataSetManager] (default task-13) Missing BPM capability for server instance 'default-kieserver@127.0.0.1:8080', not possible to register data set queries
  

• Attempt to navigate to the Process Monitoring page fails with the message:

  The Dashboard could not be loaded. Check if the jBPM Capabilities are enabled and if the remote server is correctly set up.
  

• The server.log file contains the following message:
