Compute node br-int MTU is sets to the lowest of all attached ports shows wrong messages for packet drop

Issue

• Network is created with mtu with lower value i.e. 1450 than other associated network in br-int and then a VM is created in this new network. This causes the br-int interface in corresponding compute node to be set to the new lowest MTU value i.e. 1450 from the attached port.
• System logs Journlctl and /var/log/mesages/ showing error messages like br-int: dropped over-mtu packet: 1500 > 1450.
