How to allow member user to view openstack endpoint list?

Issue

  • User with member role do not have the permission to view overcloud endpoints.
  • Whenever a user with a member role tries to list endpoints the error "You are not authorized to perform the requested action: identity:list_endpoints. (HTTP 403)"
