Users with capital letter not showing in RHSSO 7.4

Issue

• Some of the newly created users, have for some attributes the user_id in capital letters. Those attributes will not be visible in the admin UI (attributes with the ID in lower letters are visible). Further country gets created as [invalid field] . We did not note this behavior before the upgrade. Neither users with [invalid field] for country, nor capital letters in the USER_ID.
