[RHEL6] Unable to start Gnome applications when .ICEauthority file has incorrect permissions.
Issue
-
Logging into the system without a privileged user, the message is displayed:
Could not update ICE authority file /home/user/.ICEauthority -
After that, user cannot initialize any graphical software while using Gnome.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.0
