  • Throttling request took ... messages are seen when running oc get -A pod in some of our large OpenShift 4 - Cluster:

    I0101 00:00:01.832226 3137411 request.go:621] Throttling request took 1.236534125s, request: GET:https://api.my-cluster.example.com:6443/apis/metrics.k8s.io/v1beta1?timeout=32s
