[RHOCP4.x] Recommended procedure for NIC change on a baremetal master/worker node

Issue

The master/worker node's NIC is about to get changed, causing MAC address also getting changed.
Is there any recommended procedure on how to follow this up? Can one setup the same IP address to the interface post NIC change?
