Ability in EAP to have per-application Properties for Replacement

Issue

EAP's <spec-descriptor-property-replacement> mechanism has the same effect on all applications.
It's not possible to deploy two instances of the same mdb.jar with different activation specs, which would be useful to listen to queue managers of diffent environment
