Red Hat 3scale SaaS is returning an "Access Denied" error when attempting to link the 3scale Account to the Red Hat Customer Portal one

Issue

If we try to connect our Red Hat Account to this 3scale account, we get an "Access Denied" error as the following example:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://sso.redhat.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/" on this server.
