Machine stuck at deleting phase in OpenShift deployed on OSP

Issue

  • IPI installation of OpenShift on OpenStack.
  • Machine did not get deleted when tried deleting it. Got stuck at the Deleting phase.
oc get machine -n openshift-machine-api

  • machine-api-controller threw following logs.
